Two METHODS are available:
1) GetHarmonicTide (year, month, day, and local time for a tide station). Returns tide above datum.
2) GetHarmonicTides (begin and end year, month, day, local time, and time step for a tide station). Returns a list of tides above datum for each time step.

The URL for accessing the web service is: http://www.rshgs.sc.edu/Services_VS2003/Tidews/USCTide.asmx
